BLYS 200HR YTT
What makes our program unique
Whether you intend to teach yoga or purely deepen your personal practice, the BLYS 200-hour YTT will provide you with a stimulating and supportive space to learn, grow, and engage more deeply with the BLYS community.
The BLYS 200-hour YTT is an opportunity to expand your understanding of yogic philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, and asana. Unlike other trainings, our program includes three Co-Lead Trainers who carry the E-RYT 500 designation. They are Julie Nogueira, Kate Curry, and Alicia Sweeney. Three co-leads allows for more individualized attention and mentorship opportunitiesthroughout the training and beyond.
Additionally, Julie, Kate, and Alicia will welcome a team of accomplished leaders in the industry to share their specialties. Our Guest Faculty members are Dr. Kristen Cooper, Mark Walker, Cass Logan, Tate Englund, and Haley Shull.
We look forward to welcoming you into the BLYS 200-hour YTT. It is our honor to foster your emotional and physical journey, provide you with the opportunity to connect more closely with your community, and help you deepen your understanding of this practice we all love.
