Yoga coaching is an opportunity to receive individualized guidance based on your needs, questions, and goals.
Unlike a traditional class, these sessions are tailored specifically to you. Together we can explore movement patterns, posture mechanics, sequencing ideas, or challenges you may be experiencing in your practice or teaching.
My approach combines over two decades of teaching experience with a deep focus on anatomy, alignment, and intelligent movement.
Whether you’re a yoga student wanting clarity in your practice or a yoga teacher looking for mentorship, these sessions provide thoughtful guidance, practical feedback, and a supportive space to refine your understanding of yoga.
Session Options:
30-Minute Coaching
Focused guidance on a specific question or posture.
45-Minute Coaching
A deeper dive into multiple postures or sequencing questions.
60-Minute Coaching
A comprehensive session exploring practice, teaching, or long-term goals.
Sessions are available virtually via Google Meet. You can also submit a video of your practice, teaching, or specific posture questions for detailed feedback if you prefer a more flexible option.

How does it work?
Virtual Coaching
Sessions are available virtually, making it easy to connect regardless of location. Virtual sessions are held via Google Meet and allow us to explore postures, sequencing, and questions in real time—just like we would in person.
For those who prefer to reflect on their practice first, you also have the option to submit a video recording of your practice, teaching, or specific posture questions for personalized feedback.

Video Review Coaching
If scheduling a live session is difficult, you may also submit a video for detailed coaching feedback.

I will review the video and respond with thoughtful feedback, suggestions, and guidance to help you refine your practice or teaching.
Video submissions can be paired with a live coaching session or used as a standalone coaching option.

PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP
Private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. The sessions are personalized and catered with the practitioner's long term and short term goals in mind. Kate uses a functional anatomy approach to deliver sessions with an individualized sequence, complete with modifications for the postures to best suit the yoga practitioner. For in-home sessions, there may be an additional fee for distance traveled.
