We’ll begin the evening with a 45-minute barre flow designed to awaken the body, build gentle heat, and move with intention. Through small, powerful movements, you’ll strengthen, tone, and reconnect—leaving class feeling both energized and centered. The class will be lead by one of our favorite Barre instructors, Bri Jatlow!
After class, we’ll gather for light bites, bubbly sips, and time to linger together—sharing conversation, laughter, and that subtle kind of magic that happens when we slow down and connect.
Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Expect high repetitions, mindful movement, and an emphasis on posture, stability, and control. This class is accessible to all levels and will take place on your mat, with the option to incorporate light weights.
What to bring:A yoga mat, water bottle, and optional light weights (2–3 lbs).
Come for the movement, stay for the connection—and leave feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more yourself. ✨
