County Wicklow, Ireland April 18-22, 2027
curiosity. wonder. Connection.
An Intentional Journey through Ireland
Sometimes the most meaningful journeys aren't measured by the miles we travel, but by the moments that quietly change us.
Join us in the heart of Ireland for four unforgettable nights of movement, meaningful conversation, breathtaking landscapes, and intentional exploration. Together, we'll slow down enough to notice, wander with curiosity, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that often gets lost in the pace of everyday life.
This isn't about escaping your life. It's about returning to it with fresh eyes.
the heart of the journey
The Deerstone, County wicklow
At the center of every Intentional Journey is a place that invites us to slow down, settle in, and simply be.
For Find Your True North, we've chosen The Deerstone, a beautifully restored countryside retreat nestled among the rolling hills and ancient landscapes of County Wicklow, often called The Garden of Ireland.
Surrounded by forests, winding country roads, and breathtaking scenery, The Deerstone blends modern comfort with the timeless beauty of rural Ireland. Thoughtfully designed gathering spaces, cozy accommodations, peaceful walking paths, and inviting places to linger create the perfect backdrop for movement, meaningful conversation, and quiet reflection.
Each morning begins with the possibility of mist drifting across the hills and a warm cup of tea before yoga. Evenings invite us to gather around the table for nourishing meals, share stories by the fire, and end the day beneath Ireland's expansive night sky.
Just beyond the property, you'll find charming villages, historic ruins, scenic hiking trails, artisan shops, and landscapes that have inspired storytellers, pilgrims, and travelers for centuries.
The Deerstone isn't simply where we'll stay. It's where our journey begins.

Meet your guides
Kate believes that some of life’s most meaningful growth happens when we intentionally step away from the familiar and create space for reflection, connection, and possibility.
As a teacher and retreat leader, she is known for her ability to create environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Her retreats are designed to be more than an escape, they are opportunities to reconnect with what matters most, cultivate resilience, and return home with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
Blending yoga, mindfulness, community, and thoughtfully curated experiences, Kate creates journeys that invite transformation from the inside out. For Kate, the destination is only part of the experience. The real magic happens through the connections we make, the perspectives we gain, and the ways we return home changed by the journey.
